Neils Jenry Reyes Cadalso is a Cuban contemporary painter whose work bridges classical training and dynamic visual narratives. Educated at the “Olga Alonso” Art School (1992), the Professional School “Óscar Fernández Morera” in Trinidad (1998), and graduating with a Painting specialty from the Instituto Superior de Arte (ISA), Havana in 2006, Reyes combines disciplined technique with expressive freedom. His paintings feature figural elements layered within atmospheric space, using compositional tension, quiet introspection and modern phrasing to explore identity, memory and the emotional undercurrents of everyday life. With over ten solo exhibitions in Cuba and Europe, and participation in key international group shows in London, Miami and Madrid, Reyes has demonstrated a robust global presence. Today based in Havana, Reyes’s engaging dialogue between tradition and innovation continues to attract collectors and institutions seeking work that is both technically accomplished and emotionally resonant.
