OLY.B is a contemporary artist based in Miami whose practice explores the intersection of cultural memory, portraiture, and hybrid authorship. Working with AI-generated foundations that she then meticulously reworks, she transfers her images onto wood or aluminum panels and builds dimensional surfaces with layers of epoxy resin and hand-placed shattered glass, so that iconic figures appear to break through time and space toward the viewer.Her ongoing series, Breaking Time, initiated in 2024 and continuing to the present, began as a tribute to historical icons and has since expanded to include living figures who continue to shape culture in real time, positioning portraiture as an archive of influence rather than nostalgia. OLY.B has presented solo exhibitions in Los Angeles and has been featured at art fairs including Art Miami and other U.S. fairs, with works placed in private collections in the United States and abroad. The series is conceived as a long-term, institution-ready body of work that continues to evolve across chapters.
