Pamela Tarbell is a graduate of Rhode Island School of Design and a United States Art Embassy Artist. As a painter, educator, and advocate, she strives to create art that feeds the soul, tells a story, and always leaves the viewer with something new to enjoy or discover. Her studio in Concord, New Hampshire is a playground where she creates compositions through layers of color and texture, often creating a puzzle for herself that she then has to solve.
