S. Razin was born in South Korea in 1962. He is an advocate of the French School of Impressionism, and focuses primarily on city scenes and landscapes. He now resides and works at the New York City suburbs. Images on his canvas each tell a story that is vivid and vibrant. Yet it gives serene and calm emotions to their viewers. He is inspired by nature. He also gets his inspiration from rethinking and viewing everyday surroundings in different light. He focuses to capture a scene for his viewers to be able to imagine and create their own stories based on it.
