Latryce Golliday, also known as Tryce Marie, navigates this lifetime as a mother, visual artist, philanthropist, and student of life. Originally from San Diego, she was raised in the small city of Benton Harbor, MI, under the care of her father and stepmother. From an early age, Golliday was drawn to beauty and fashion, igniting her entrepreneurial spirit with the launch of her first hair business and an eco-friendly clothing line during her teenage years. Driven by a desire to defy convention, she found it challenging to adhere to societal norms. Seeking a path less traditional, Latryce departed for Atlanta, seeking personal revelation and a nuanced understanding of spirituality beyond her Christian upbringing. In Atlanta, she continued her journey within the beauty industry until the birth of her son, Oliver. It was during the postpartum period that she delved into various forms of hobbies, ultimately finding solace in painting as a form of self-care. To her astonishment, her very first painting was swiftly purchased from her walls, sparking the realization that she could pursue a career as an artist. In 2022, Latryce confronted one of her most formidable battles when diagnosed with a rare kidney disease, leading to the removal of her left kidney. Determined not to succumb to depression, she immersed herself further into her art, discovering therein a realm of total freedom, healing, and self-expression. Latryce's mission is to contribute to healing of women—mending both mind and body. Her endeavors primarily manifest through her nonprofit organization, "Crowns of Love," where she provides free wigs to women battling cancer, alongside her expressive artworks.
