Yasa is a Canadian artist based in the sunny island of Malta. She studied art in the South Studio Atelier (Malta) and exhibited her work in Malta as well. She is working in oils, charcoal, and oil pastels, and painting primarily portraits, landscapes and still life. Yasa also studied ink wash and calligraphy in China, Canada, and Japan. She is painting in freehand style with ink and watercolour on rice paper and handmade papers from Japan, China and South Korea.Yasa's paintings are kept in private collections in more than 20 countries, including Malta, Canada, USA, UK, Switzerland, countries of the EU, South Korea, Japan, Singapore, Australia, and the Middle East.
